Yup! I make comics!
Words and pictures with gutters all over; that’s the medium I love, and continue to produce!
My latest story is a kid-friendly graphic novel called Ultrastellar. It’s a coming-of-age “portal adventure” story, and I highly recommend you check it out first.
I’ve also made a lot of minicomics over the years, under the self-published imprint Fool’s Gold Press. Many of those series promised ambitious plots but were left unfinished, making them now what those in the antiquities trade might call “curios”… small, unusual, or valuable objects. With a pitch like that, how you can not take a peek to decide their hidden value for yourself?
Finally, as proof that I’ve been doing this for much longer than sensible, below is a gallery of convention photos from over the years. Behind tables full of self-produced comics, amply caffeinated and eagerly hocking my wares to anyone within reach… this is me, showing off the fruits of my comics labors. Go ahead – enjoy the comic fruit!
